1. Check what AI says about you today
Open ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google. Type what a student would type. “Best MBA colleges in Pune”, “BBA fees at ”, “Is good for placements?” Note down which colleges get named and where your name is missing. If a tool gives wrong fees or an old course list, we write that down too. This sheet is what we work from.
2. Collect the questions people really ask
A student asks “Can I apply with 55% in 12th?” A parent asks “Is the hostel safe for girls?” A working person asks “Can I do this MBA on weekends?” We pull these from your enquiry forms, call notes, Google suggestions, Quora and Reddit threads. Then we list them in the order people ask them, from the first search to the day they fill the form.
3. Put the answer in the first two lines
Right now most course pages start with “Established in 1998, our institute has always believed…” and the fee is somewhere near the bottom. We flip it. The first lines say the course length, who can apply, the fee range and the intake month. The rest of the page explains. A parent finds the answer fast, and an AI tool can copy those lines as they are.
4. Add schema markup to the site
Schema is a small piece of code on the page that tells Google and AI tools what each thing is. This is a course, this is its fee, this is the campus address, this is a question and this is its answer. We add FAQ, Course, EducationalOrganization and LocalBusiness schema so they don’t have to guess.
5. Make your details match everywhere
Say your website shows “Pune”, a directory shows “Pimpri-Chinchwad”, and your Google Business Profile still has the old phone number. AI tools see three versions of you and may trust none. We compare your college name, address, phone, course names and fees across your website, Google profile and education portals. Then we correct each one.
6. Get into Google’s answer boxes
For searches like “BCA admission process in Pune” or “MBA colleges near Hinjewadi”, Google often shows one short answer at the top, or a list of related questions below it. Pages with a one-line definition, numbered steps or a small fee table get picked more. We write your pages in that shape. This also helps with voice search, where people just ask their phone.
7. Get mentioned on sites other than your own
AI tools don’t only read your website. They read reviews, Shiksha and Collegedunia pages, news articles and alumni posts. We help you get honest student reviews, fix or claim your portal listings, and get mentions from sites that already have trust. The more places say the same good thing about you, the more likely you get recommended.
8. Check results every month
Once a month we run the same set of questions again in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google, and see if your name shows up more. We also look at how many visits and enquiries came from these sources. You get a short report in simple words. It says what moved, what didn’t, and what we do next month.
